Crystal Loft C Block is an ongoing project of the Crystal Group, located in the Crystal resort area.

The complex is scheduled for completion at the end of June 2024. At this stage, construction is complete, and internal renovation works are underway.

The hotel-type residential complex consists of 79 apartments, with square footage ranging from 31 to 75 sq.m.: studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units.

The apartments are delivered in a renovated and fully furnished condition, including furniture, appliances, textiles, and hotel and household accessories.

The internal infrastructure of the building includes a hotel reception, lobby bar, and ski equipment storage.

The Crystal Management Group handles the maintenance of the complex and the rental of apartments.

Apartment owners enjoy special conditions when using the infrastructure of the Crystal Resort area, which includes:

  • Cable cars and ski slopes
  • Ice skating rink
  • Restaurants and café-bars
  • Spa centers and swimming pools

Common Areas Specification:

  1. Doors and Windows – Metal-plastic, with double glazing and opening/closing function.
  2. Balcony floor: Covered with high-quality frost-resistant ceramic-granite tiles.
  3. Balcony railings: Made of steel and tempered glass.
  4. External walls of the building: Insulated with thermally insulated XPS and thermal plaster.
  5. All apartments: Equipped with MDF entrance doors with digital keys and a digital electricity management system.
  6. Elevators: The building is equipped with OTIS stainless steel fire-resistant 8-person elevators with 24-hour service.
  7. Fire safety: The building is designed and built by state fire safety standards. Fire safety systems have been installed.
  8. Video surveillance: To protect the safety of residents and guests, a video surveillance system has been installed around the perimeter of the territory and in common areas.
  9. Emergency power supply: In case of power outages, an alternative power source is provided—a 200 kV autonomous generator.
  10. Water supply: The complex is supplied from a licensed source in Bakuriani. 50-ton water reservoirs have been installed for emergencies.

Interior and Internal Arrangement:

  • Exterior Perimeter – Built with 20 cm pumice blocks and covered with plasterboard tiles.
  • Interior Partitions – Made of double plasterboard tiles filled with sound insulation material.
  • Ceiling Height – 285 cm.
  • Heating System – Sectional radiators and towel dryer in the bathroom.
  • Combined Boiler – Individual high-efficiency water boiler and heating boiler.
  • Flooring – 12 mm laminated floor with natural wood effect.
  • Wet Points – Lined with high-quality ceramic granite tiles.
  • Plumbing – Glass shower cabin, washbasin, and toilet.
  • Internal Doors – MDF doors between rooms. 
  • Kitchen – Kitchen furniture with built-in appliances.
  • Bedroom Furniture – 2-seater bed with mattress and 2 drawers, wardrobe.
  • Living Room Furniture – Upholstered furniture, coffee table, TV stand, coat rack in the entrance hall.
  • Household Appliances – TVs in the living room and bedroom, electric kettle, refrigerator, hairdryer, telephone, electric safe.
  • Textiles – Day and night curtains, mattress protector, blanket, pillows, bedspread (in case of handing over the apartment to management, the room will be rented with Crystal linen and towels).
  • Bathroom Accessories – Towel rack, magnifying mirror, brush, soap dish.
  • Other Accessories – Iron and ironing board, clothes hangers, dishes.
