Crystal Loft C Block is an ongoing project by the Crystal Group situated in the Crystal resort area.
The construction of the complex is expected to be completed by the end of June 2024, and at present, the construction phase has concluded. Internal renovation works are currently underway.
This hotel-type residential complex features 79 apartments ranging in size from 31 to 75 sq.m., including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. The apartments are delivered in a renovated and fully equipped condition, complete with furniture, appliances, textiles, as well as hotel and family accessories.
The internal infrastructure of the building comprises a hotel reception, a lobby bar, and a storage room for ski equipment. Crystal Management Group is responsible for the maintenance of the complex and the rental of apartments.
