Common Areas Specification:

  • Doors and windows – Made of metal-plastic, double low-emission (energy-efficient) glass units manufactured by German REHAU, with opening and closing functions.
  • Balcony floor – Lined with high-quality frost-resistant ceramic-granite tiles.
  • Balcony railings – Made of steel and tempered glass.
  • External walls of the building – Insulated with thermally insulated XPS and thermal insulation.
  • All apartments are equipped with MDF entrance doors with digital keys and a digital electricity management system.
  • Elevators – The building is equipped with OTIS stainless steel fire-resistant 8-person elevators with 24-hour service.
  • Fire safety: The building is designed and built by state fire safety standards. Fire safety systems have been installed.
  • Video surveillance: To protect the safety of residents and guests, a video surveillance system has been installed around the perimeter of the territory and in common areas.
  • Emergency power supply: In case of power outages, an alternative power source is provided—a 200 kV autonomous generator.
  • Water supply: The complex is supplied from a licensed source in Bakuriani. 50-ton water reservoirs have been installed for emergencies.

  • Textiles – Day and night curtains, mattress protector, blanket, pillows, bedspread (in case of handing over the room to the apartment management, the room will be rented with Crystal linen and towels).
