Another premium-class boutique hotel-residential project is coming to the Crystal Resort area in Bakuriani. The complex is situated within the Crystal Park territory and features a ski-in, ski-out concept. Construction is set to be completed by December 2025, while the fully renovated apartments—equipped with furniture, appliances, textiles, and all necessary hotel accessories—will be ready by August 2026. The building has an OTIS elevator, aluminum doors and windows, a hotel reception, a surveillance system, and more. The complex’s internal infrastructure includes:
  • A Finnish sauna and massage rooms
  • A fitness room
  • A lobby bar

  • Cable lifts and ski slopes with an artificial snowmaking system

    Common Areas Specification:

    1. Exterior Doors and Windows – Aluminium material, with double glazing and opening/closing function.
    2. Balcony floor – Lined with high-quality frost-resistant ceramic-granite tiles.
    3. Balcony railings – Made of steel and tempered glass.
    4. External walls of the building – Insulated with thermally insulated XPS and thermal insulation.
    5. All apartments are equipped with MDF entrance doors with digital keys and a digital electricity management system.
    6. Elevators: The building has OTIS stainless steel fire-resistant 8-person elevators with 24-hour service.
    7. Fire safety: The building is designed and built by state fire safety standards. Fire safety systems have been installed.
    1. Video surveillance: To protect the safety of residents and guests, a video surveillance system has been installed around the perimeter of the territory and in common areas.

    • The interior partitions of the apartment are made of double plasterboard tiles and filled with soundproofing material.

    • Combined boiler – Individual high-efficiency water boiler and heating boiler.
